Opening new links in there and such

To reproduce:

• Type [blank link]() into a file
• Open up Markdown Viewer

What do you expect?
Either the link isn't there because there's no target or clicking link does nothing

What happens?
I click the link and Markdown Viewer goes blank

Switch between None and Github for now
Eventually give users the ability to include their own css

Research task, lots of googling

Create a mdx_linkify object, don't refer to it by name.

• Users add .css files in a "markdownviewer/styles" dir in the IEP users directory
• A combo box in tool that lets user select default styles or their own

Two possible fixes:

• Modify linkify and make it grab links smarter (like GFM)
• Accept file links, but try to open them locally in IEP. If not found, then go to the internet.
