Ways to reproduce:

1. Settings -> Preserve annotations (and do not close Settings flyout!)
2. Use Vertical/Horizontal ruler at least once
3. Try to drag or close settings flyout but it does not respond

Current Workaround:
Way 1: Delete all annotations with the close button one by one until they are all gone
Way 2: Delete all annotations and close Settings window with ESC

Pressing on the Settings button creates a new Settings windows, regardless of whether one already exists, allowing an infinite number of settings windows to be created.

Currently, on Windows 10's tablet mode, Rooler's window is treated as its own full-screen view instead of overlaying on top of other apps so you can't measure anything except the taskbar and the desktop wallpaper. I will submit a fix soon, please assign me to this issue @FireCubeStudios.

It would be useful if there was an option to copy the shown value to clipboard once you click to exit from the selection mode for bounds, spacing, horizontal and vertical, by clicking with mouse.

Clicking the 'X' on the Settings window does not do anything.
