Problem

It took me the better part of a week to realize that the CFI and CCC logos were broken on our readme due to a change in this repo.

I believe other projects such as Morphir are similarly impacted.

Proposed Solution

Consider adding a notification step into your process when making breaking changes to any resources that other repos are dependent upon. This may be tedious to automate, and would require a maintained list of project/repo contacts... but even a manual notification would be helpful.

It could be as simple as an email to all maintainers saying, "Image links may be broken. Please review the branding repository and update any references accordingly."
