How to add a new classroom repo to league-python, e.g. adding new level modules:

1. Create new repo in /python-modules
2. Create a new repo in /league-python with the same name as the repo in /python-modules from step 1.
3. Add the new repo URL to /python-modules/RepoList.txt
4. Commit all code for the repo in /python-modules to the master branch
5. Check code propagates to the empty repo in /league-python
