Question `foundations/question-023.md` is incorrect

The question is: Is GitHub Copilot free to use?
Your answer is No, however this is not correct anymore.

GitHub states:

GitHub Copilot is free to use for verified students, teachers, and maintainers of popular open source projects. If you are not a student, teacher, or maintainer of a popular open source project, you can try GitHub Copilot for free with a one-time 30-day trial. After the free trial, you will need a paid subscription for continued use.

See https://docs.github.com/en/copilot/quickstart

Enhancement suggestions

I genuinely appreciate the project. It would enhance my experience if correct answers were instantly highlighted in green or red. This is especially useful for those who might not complete all the questions in one sitting but still want feedback on their performance. Alternatively, it would be helpful to view the correct answer directly by clicking on the light bulb icon, rather than navigating to the documentation link and searching for it.

Another feature I'd appreciate is the ability to either save our progress using a cookie or consistently present the questions in the same sequence, allowing users to jump to a particular question number. For those who enjoy tackling questions randomly, an option to shuffle and take a test with questions in a mixed order would be great.

Improve UX when studying individual questions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The questions section uses a library designed for multiple questions that form a quiz, not studying single questions.
When using with a single question there are buttons for next/previous questions which grayed out, unclickable but a bit confusing

Describe the solution you'd like
Each question page should show the question + possible answers and an option to show the correct answers

Describe alternatives you've considered

  • Custom css/html or an open source piece of code
    or
  • adding correct/incorrect answers to the light bulb icon

Additional context
Initially raised in ISSUE #65.

Update CONTRIBUTING documentation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Contributing documentation needs an update after introducing changes in #74

Describe the solution you'd like
Update the markdown snippets (remove the heading) and mention that the question is written in the frontmatter

Links from Light Bulb should open in new tab

Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any practice exam
  2. Click on the link in light bulb
  3. It will open the github documentation in the same tab, overriding the exam

Expected behavior

A new tab should be opened
