Add a fixed contact button in the corner of viewport that displays email, LinkedIn, etc

The elements in the portfolio section are not responsive and break if the window size is shrunk or enlarged. As a temporary fix the width of the #portfolio div has been given a width of 1300px. The folder element and animations need to keep their aspect ratio on all screen sizes (though on smaller screens the animations will be replaced with a simpler list.

When clicking the portfolio or "let's go" button in the welcome div the url automatically changes to ...#portfolio. Research and learn how to make this happen when users manually scroll to this div as well.

The images in the portfolio folder are to translate slightly up upon hover. This works as intended until images are clicked then the animation no longer works. May need to implement with JS instead of CSS :hover attributes.

Each div in the portfolio section will have a folder shaped div (needs to be styled further) with rotated pictures of sample work that appear to be "in" the folder. Upon mouse over the sample work will pull out slightly and other nearby works move away. On click, the work will pull out of the folder and move above it with text that explains the work and links to the full site.
