The commitlint fail to run due to over 100+ characters that created by dependable

body's lines must not be longer than 100 characters [body-max-line-length]

In commit id: eb3a7fa

The one of body line with 114 characters.

We should extend the max characters to fix this issue. The body looks reasonable and possibly fail others in the future.

We should not contain fhda in our repo name since that is the organization name already. Therefore, we need to rename it

Currently, the bot can not connect to the database. let's start with connection.

Personally,
I am considering use SQL and non-SQL databases.

The implementation order will be

1. Mongo
2. MySQL
3. PostgreSQL
4. SQLlite
5. NeDB
