I recently made a fresh installation of emacs and your configuration. When emacs starts, I got this error.

Warning (initialization): An error occurred while loading `/home/tiuma/.emacs.d/init.el':

error: Unable to find theme file for `cyberpunk'

To ensure normal operation, you should investigate and remove the
cause of the error in your initialization file. Start Emacs with
the `--debug-init' option to view a complete error backtrace.

Commenting the the following lines in init.el temporaly solve the problem:

(user-package cus-theme
:config
(progn
(user-package cyberpunk-theme
:ensure cyberpunk-theme)
(load-theme 'cyberpunk t)))
