Editor: drag and drop

Would be nice to shuffle the layout hierarchy by drag and drop in the TreeView

CodedExample needs to be adapted to recent changes

Create sharedObject in LayoutItem

The LayoutItem uses the ValueTree interface, but stores it's children in an extra OwnedArray. So the hierarchical features of the ValueTree cannot be used. The data in the LayoutItem needs to go into a sharedObject, like the ValueTree does.

Restrict Splitter when layout cannot shrink any more

Naming convention

I would not name your module starting with juce_ as I think that should be reserved for JUCE internal modules. Maybe start with just ak_ as your namespace if you like. Just my opinion...

.xml suffix for layout file

I think the custom suffix .jui is unnecessary and will usually mean that editors don't know it's XML and hence won't syntax highlight the file.
I would suggest to keep it as .xml, so everyone knows what kind of file it is.
