Currently, after decryption there is still various blocks of data left compressed (LZW/LZ77?) which makes some important in-game values unmodifiable through save data editing.

XUID and in-game values that are currently accessible with decryption alone are not the real data used by the game. Either this is scratch data that just happens to get written into the save data or dummy data to thwart modders - editing this data has no effect in-game.

As of right now, using the "change XUID" functionality in the tool has no effect on save loading and will not actually change the XUID associated with the save data because the real XUID is contained within a compressed block. However, a XUID can be recovered from save data and an account can be created with that XUID to allow for playability/recovery of that specific data.
