Flexible architecture on parser and evaluator so that the language can be extended by other libraries.

These are the go-ethereum dependencies to be removed:

• Abi.
• Common and hexutil.
• Ens.
• Event manager.

Arrays are encoded in the topics as their sha3 value.

Account object represents an Ethereum account and can be used to query balance and nonce

Right now there are specific evaluator objects for a Contract, Instance and Account. All of them are structs with functions. That means we have to build specific cases in the evaluator to deal with each specific case.

However, each of this can be represented internally as a hash object. This simplifies the evaluator model. Thus, a contract is an object with an abi field and an instance is an object with an abi and an address. The evaluator in the event statement would check if this fields are present in the object or not. Besides, it will be possible for the user to build and use their own contract objects.

Heura can only do calls now. Implement transactions.
