Now, according to 66th version of act # 326/1999, a deadline for approval of application to permanent residence is set not "§ 169t odst. 6 písm. g) bod 1., 2., 3. ZPC" , but "§ 169t odst. 6 písm. h) bod 1., 2., 3. ZPC". Information on https://www.mvcr.cz/clanek/lhuty-a-pocitani-casu.aspx right now is old and incorrect. As context now contains system information (like html input specifics (data/radio)) having it as json is not perfect.

At the moment whatever is set as default in the template (which is 01.01.01) is used. It would be great to set today's date unless some other is given.

After the recent law change the deadline for extension has changed from 30 days to 60 days, so form has to be extended to accommodate for this.

#12 has shown that fixed form fields are not enough. Certain form fields should be shown conditionally when a specific checkbox is checked.

For example for the application to be written by a child's legal guardian, a 'nezletily' checkbox could be checked that would result in additional form fields to be shown (nezletily name\address\date of birth\etc).

If you choose any form that doesn't have branches addresses specified (handled by officeSelector) a following exception will be raised in browser console

Uncaught TypeError: officeSelector is null

Currently only minvnitra_offices addresses are supported. This could also be generalized as a part of this patch.

At the moment the postal address for all applications is the main Prague office, which in general (except the permanent residency/deadline missed complaint) is not always the case.

This would allow greatly extend the range of applications (domicile, Rodičovský příspěvek, official rodne cislo application https://www.mvcr.cz/soubor/zadost-o-prideleni-rodneho-cisla.aspx etc)

While correct xml tags are stripped and don't affect document rendering, things like </> or </aaa> in data fileds will lead to the document not being properly rendered.

Fields that have type date/email/telephone could benefit from client-side validation.
This would require massive changes to the https://github.com/fernflower/ciziproblem/blob/master/views/docform.tpl and the effort/result rate is imho not so lucrative, but if anyone is up to contribute - go for it :)

A form like the one from RBP, possibly with UA translation.
