HOW TO USE !!!! this is also included in a text file in the rar

first make sure you have python installed and pip is working properlly

run "intstalls.bat" that will install everything you need and open up the software if your running it again just run "run.bat" that will start it without downloading the dependencies alternatively open cmd into the dir and "python shut.py" although just running it through the "run.bat" file is faster
