I just wanted to let you know that I'm creating a variation of the Hat-System for storage under my summer cabin bunk bed.

If the parts for the rack are CAMed with only hold-down and profile and cut with an up-cut bit, then there is a large chance that there will be loose pieces popping out of the cut sheet potentially jamming the machine or worse. I suggest that some hold down holes are added to the long sides and that the small pieces are removed with a pocket operation, some profiles need to be added for this.

Note: This happened, the X-axis stalled, causing the bit to hit a screw, get damaged and go wild in the sheet leaving burn marks before the machine was stopped. We switched to a compression bit which left the floating pieces in the sheet.
