gantree update does not actually perform the update 

eve-3:rails (master) $ gantree help update

Deploy Latest Build Id for Image or Image Tag by Default

Currently you can only reference an image or image tag when doing a deploy, this means that if you use the Elastic Beanstalk gui to deploy a previous version of your application, you are still deploying the latest code. If we have a deploy add the build id in the dockerrun.aws.json by querying the api before every deploy then rollbacks will work again.

docker-cfgs bucket already used

Hi - init falls over when it tries to create the cfg bucket. This is to be expected as s3 buckets live in a global namespace and one can only assume you've already taken that name ;) This can be fixed by adding an org name or something to the bucket name.

Willing to contribute a pull request to this when I have some spare time.

Release notes errors on first deploy

Running gantree deploy for the first time on a new stack causes the release notes to throw an error. The deploy appears to proceed correctly.
