F_TEST column in model contrasts for group analysis about c-pac HOT 4 CLOSED

Yes you can set it with all zeros if you dont want to include Ftests

from c-pac.

But if I give all ones in the contrast file and set ftest=false in configs,
it doesn't run ftest
Is this correct?
