Add Statistics Graphs

Once user logs in and chooses to view a project, should be able to see a button to view stats for the current project which will lead them to a page where they can view graphs with data based on priority and based on bug status

Add dashboard page

Add dashboard where end user is to be directed after successful login and where user can view all the managed projects or add new project

redesign landing page

redesign landing page so that user arrives to a login page and move report bug and projects link in nav behind a locked down area.
