KYC-fail for no reason

I have fulfilled my KYC with the same information and documents as I have passed 10+ other KYC-checks.
I got chosen in lottery1 and didn't make the final whitelist (because my KYC "failed").

I messaged ALL admins + community managers on Telegram, none have given me a clear answer on where we can get feedback about the KYC.

A friend of mine has fulfilled the KYC in the exact same manner (but then with his documents and information) and he passed. We live in the same country and our photo's were very clear.
How is this possible and what will be done about this?

I have a right on my whitelist place since I passed the lottery1 and my KYC is 100% correct.

2nd lottery input is wrong.

Quoted from https://medium.com/fantomfoundation/fantom-whitelisting-lottery-overview-363c4275c677

These 6,000 addresses will go through a KYC process. Those addresses for which KYC was successful will take part in a second lottery, in which a final list of roughly 2,400 addresses ( the final number depends on the ETH/USD price at the prior London 4pm opening according to the Cynopsis) will be randomly chosen.

It should mean that the procedure goes:
all addresses -> lottery 1-> 6000 address -> kyc + lottery 2 -> 2400 address.

Yet, the list produced for lottery 2 uses the input: the remainder after lottery 1. Why did you not follow what was published?

KYC is wrong

Dear colleagues, I expect justice from your organization. I trusted and waited for success. I have honestly passed all your conditions. I have made all possible procedures faultlessly. I waited when technical problems end, I spent time waiting for lotteries, and would accept any destiny to a lottery. But the lottery has passed. And you have published me as the winner. Be responsible for the words. You want that we were responsible for the words. The community expects the same from you. I consider that you is groundless have excluded me from the whitelist. You have no right without explanations to leave this situation. It looks so: you use our energy, belief and forces, and further you change the game course in own favor and you say to people no, only because you have an internal check, on yours to nobody to the known rules. It is sure that I have to be included in whitelist by your rules! I ask you to make a round of additional verifications of my account. If you have made a choice not in my advantage on the basis of a photo, then let me make to you 100 photos. If on the basis of the address, then I give 100 proofs of the address. If you hadn't liked my purse, then I will send you 100 facts that you didn't specify in rules what it has to be anywhere. I wait on at least constructive answer as a maximum of participation in your project. I believe in human justice. [email protected] and eth= 0xbae50c7Ec0eF535BF049F23cE29Fd337a18D4F6C
