Comment ignored

The comment is ignored, making the plugin useless. It only happens in the latest Pelican commit.

Something changed between version 3.7.1 and development version 3.7.2 that broke the plugin. Ideally, we should fix this before the new Pelican version is published.

Make it work with relative URLs too

When testing locally, the link URL always points to the absolute URL. It would be nice if it could work too using a relative URL.
