Return a meaningful error message, when a non existing module is requested

actually it is not necessary and after all, what is better than having one dependency? no dependency at all!

Support traversing through the prototype chain in order to resolve the es6 "extends" model

The object manager should support additional constructor arguments.
ideas:

1. the getinstance method should take an additional argument with parameters to hand over to the constructor of the requested class
2. the injector definitions should be extended to support objects with an instantiation wrapper.

Right now the project and the documentation has a strong focus on es6. This should be changed, since
the js world exists of more than just es6 in class written form. Supported should be at least es5 and non class based code.
