Handle interpolation inside text

When I use interpolation it should return all variables:

div
  - const greeting = 'Hello'
  p.
    #{greeting},

    Text: #{variable}

It should return ['variable']

Add types to the code

I don't care whether it typescript or flow, but code is becoming complicated so we need that.

Handle used variables inside loop correctly

The following case should not return item as used variable in global scope because item is used only in loop's context where it was defined.

var item;

pug`
  div
    each item in collection
      p= item
`

Return 'nodes' to reference SourceLocation

We need to think up how to return not only array of strings but with SourceLocation. It's important to do correct references in plugins like eslint-plugin-react-pug.
