After converting one project, it is annoying to have to create a bunch of files and copy stuff from existing metadata.

I should be able to do datasette serve tests/ and get all the test queries.

A query called presidents.sql can use a metadata file called presidents.json or presidents.yml or presidents.yaml.

I'm not doing anything to speed up file reading and parsing. Really, all aiofiles is doing here is giving the event loop opportunities to do other things. In theory, wrapping everything in tasks and doing asyincio.gather should make it faster if there are a bunch of files to read.

That said, I've never had a database with more than a half dozen canned queries. Something to keep an eye on, though.
