Enhance Backspace in BASIC to delete character

In current revision backspace in BASIC does not delete character

BIN$() and HEX$() functions don't seem to work

Code for BIN$() and HEX$() functions is in the base interpreted code but they don't seem to work.

Code generation with z80asm

Two source lines that read "CP ((serBuf + SER_BUFSIZE) ~ $FF)" in int32K.asm in functions 'Serialinit:' and 'RXA:' need to be modified so that the code assembles properly and that the serial buffer size is properly tested.
The compare command above check for buffer pointer wrap around(?)

Fixed. refactored code to assemble.

Generated binary code does not match original

The generated code from the z80asm tool does not match the original code build from the sample.

check alignment after removing multiple 'org' directives
z80asm says 'code origin 0038..' (or something like this) check or force origin to be 0000
check why the z80asm default seems to be 0038

Fixed. z80 assembler does not recognize multiple 'org' directives. Using 'ff' byte padding instead.
