Any chance to add an option to remove catchup/rubberbanding effect like the MW/Carbon versions of ExOpts?

Can you add it? Like take moves from AI and use them?

Would it be possible to have an option to hide the Play Online menu like what ug2 and most wanted have?

This is not an issue in the current release but I didn't know how to get in touch with you, so thought maybe through here would be a good idea?

Basically, I'm not sure if you're aware, they've released the Arcade version of this game for PC and it can be interacted via the frontend (although it's got some issues), https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fr08mWYxdfg

The problem is that the arcade version supports races of 8 cars but because the game is launched via the frontend the game just allows us to have races with 4 cars instead.

I arrived to your plugin because I saw that you offer now an option to choose the number of opponents when one is configuring the race. Could you please see if a some point you could offer that functionality to the Arcade version as well (via its UndergroundGVR.exe), allowing us to choose between 0 and 7?

At the moment, if I copy the files of the extras on my folder and launch that exe file, I get the error:

• This .exe is not supported
  Please use v1.4 Enflish speed.exe

everything works, only the debug menu doesn't show in the options , but I don't know why

Could you add support for subtitles like in other NFS?

Most functions in game calculating stack difference itself. But MakeUserCall may call only cdecl like functions.
Functions that I wanted to call was _stdcall Func(eax, stack)

Tried to select wide body kit on cars like Mazda RX and game crashed. WIthout ExOPt these kits not available and there is no option to disable this expansion of customization and use vanilla behavior to avoid such crashes. Please fix it.

It seems that a certain languages are not available when enabled the language selector with ExOpts.

I even tested the ExOpts on my Traditional Chinese Underground and the "Traditional Chinese" option is not available.

FYI the following languages are supported in Underground and should been displayed in the selector:

Chinese (Traditional)
Dutch
English
French
German
Italian
Japanese
Korean
Spanish
Swedish

While playing an event, whenever I use the nitrous, the environment goes completely black, except for the car models and lighting and some barriers, after releasing the nitrous, the background environment gets darker, as if it were losing contrast.
If I were to punch it and use my entire tank of nitrous, the entire background is almost completely black.
Now, I'm unsure if this has to do with my integrated graphics, but this only happened after I installed the exopts improvement mod.
I seriously love the work you and the team have been doing, really great stuff as always.

Thank you for your great and invaluable work on classic NFS titles!
I usually use ExtraOptions scripts without any difficulties
but recently ran into a problem with NFSU Extra Options.

In the Readme you mention the support of v1.4 speed.exe (3,03 MB (3.178.496 bytes))
and advise to search for NFS Underground v1.4 NO CD Crack DRUNK!.
As far as I understood, according to gamecopyworld database, by above statements
you mean the support of v1.4 US No-CD executable (by DEViANCE).

The problem is that US-regional executable can't be used properly
with EU-regional releases due to different file structure of cutscenes etc.
Personally, I'm using official Russian release of NFSU (v1.4 by SoftClub)
and always get either a black screen or a flickering freeze with US EXE.

If I try to use EU-regional executable, namely v1.4 EU No-CD (by SPiRiTY)
which has the same size of 3.178.496 bytes (3,03 MB) as you requested
I can launch the game at least but ExOpts suffer from reduced functionality.
E.g. UnlockAllThings, AutoDrive and FreezeCamera don't work at all.
RacerControllers displays its option but regardless of choice there are always 4 opponents.
However, all the other options seem to work fine and as intended.

When I try to use RU-regional executable which is v1.4 RU No-CD (by Z0oMiK)
it has slightly different size of 3.183.036 bytes (3,03 MB) and ExOpts doesn't start
at all displaying promt that "This .exe is not supported".

EU EXE renders the game to work in English with occasional text coding errors like Óèêèïåäèÿ.
Russian localization seems to be EXE-dependent as registry settings remain the same
(HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\EA GAMES\NFS Underground)
with Language=Russian and Locale=ru and language file replacement result in complete "Óèêèïåäèÿ".

As I prefer to use the localized version, I can't make it work with ExOpts by any means.
I tried using ExOpts features ShowLanguageSelectScreen and GameRegion.
The former results in game crash after trying to select anything other than English.
The latter doesn't affect localization in any way regardless of used number.
Meanwhile other popular script named NFSU WS Fix (by ThirteenAG) works fine with all EXE's.
Also, NFSMW ExOpts works as intended with both EU and RU executables of MW respectively.

So my questions or requests are the following:

1. Is it possible to make EU EXE fully compatible with ExOpts?
   This EXE can be found on gamecopyworld by the name
   NFS: Underground v1.4 [EURO] No-CD/Fixed EXE
2. Is it possible to make RU EXE compatible with ExOpts?
   At least partially just like EU EXE is currently working...
   This EXE can be found on gamecopyworld by the name
   NFS: Underground - SoftClub v1.4.0 [RUSSIAN] No-CD/Fixed EXE

P.S. And of course I maybe doing something wrong. Perhaps I can find some
Russian compatriots here or other competent people who can point out my mistakes.

It's quite possible I mixed something up and the issue is on my end.
Or maybe it has already been discussed (but I have not been able to find it).

Certain upgrades in "Underground mode" (Career) lose their price tag (become free, as if already owned).
Specifically bumpers, side skirts, roof scoops, spoilers, hoods.
Performance upgrades, paint types and everything else does still cost money however.

Issue disappears upon removal of Extra Options, also all .ini settings remain by default (except for hotkeys, I switch all of those to "unassigned" key 232).

Why? Because I tend to switch game focus and in general multitask a lot while the game is running so I don't want to inadvertently enable something and there is no option to turn off hotkeys entirely.

And since I'm already opening an issue might as well mention the bug with "widebody kits" appearing among customization options right away (before they are unlocked), which upon mistakenly selecting them crashes the game.
This issue however I do remember reading about somewhere so it's likely already known and it's not a priority.

End of race countdown timers are annoying.
And that the countdown timer is just 30 seconds makes it even more annoying. Let the weaker players do their race too my god..
It would be really incredible if you can add that. I speak about the 30 seconds timer in multiplayer when the 1st player finished the race.
Its super annoying.
