Description of issue: HDR tone mapping works in portrait mode but fails in landscape mode. This can be reproduced by playing HDR video files, encoded in HEVC or VP9, in stock Gallery, Google Photos, MX Player (with HW decoder) and some other players. HDR playback is normal in portrait mode, but in landscape mode, HDR tone mapping fails to work, resulting in washed out color.
However, on YouTube, HDR works correctly in both modes. On MX Player (with HW+ decoder or SW decoder) and VLC, HDR tone mapping fails to work in both modes.

Description of issue: If you are using Google or when making calls, audio playback sounds like chipmunks (really fast) and Audio from the Mic doesn't work
Logcat: 2 during tests of BT over car system and when using a BT Overear headset. Also 1 during using a BT Platronics headset.

Logcat Sometimes apps get stuck at 100% downloaded other times apps take awhile to download.

After every reboot the WiFi Mac Address changes which causes an issue for getting IP's via DHCP and for apps that use the WIFI Mac Address as DRM (Gcam)

Description of issue: Hardware acceleration for HEVC and VP9 is not working, but works fine with MPEG4. Tested on MX Player and VLC. Here are the screenshots.
