Add ca-certificates

How about to install ca-certificates, so we can access https APIs (most of them) without --insecure?

Republish the image?

Hi!
We use your image quite a lot in our CI pipeline, and recently with Let's Encrypt's Root Cert Expiry we're facing lots of errors as the existing image on Docker Hub doesn't have their new root cert trusted.

If you rebuild the image it appears to fix it as the root cert is bundled in. Would you be able to do that and push it to the docker hub?
