Errors in Installing with NPM or Yarn.

I download the entire project into a folder called Eulertour.

Having Node.js, NPM and Yarn installed I open CMD in the folder Eulertour and I do: npm install and also yarn install. I get errors in both cases. I even did npm install @babel/cli @babel/core @babel/node @babel/preset-env and I get yet another error.

Here are the errors, in respective order:

What is the fix? Have you considered that anything in the project might be corrupt, as suggested by errors 2 and 3?
