If a component has dependency from another components there should be away to delete it anyway.
Example: I want to delete a department which has employees.
For the moment is not possible, there should be a way for the user to delete a department for example.

A database initializer should be added so on the first startup some data are inserted to database

Even though there is nothing assign to a Department it can not be deleted

A file which will be used to add some default data should be created

Instead of physicaly deleting components a new property isDeleted should be added. So, when one component is deleted then this status is set to true which means it will not be shown to the user.

Cors problem, when trying to get data using another application an error will be shown on console:
"No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource."

Instead of integers enums should be shown on API response as strings.

To the Contract model a Name property needs to be added since it needs to be used from the Angular2App to show meaningful values to the user

Data annotations and filtering will be applied to the Models and JSON responses

All the using throughout the project which are not being used should be removed so the code is cleaner

Response messages should be changed to more meaningful ones.
Example:
Department can not be deleted since it has employees.
