FDA MyStudies Mobile Application System

This repository contains all the necessary code and documentation for running the FDA MyStudies mobile applications (iOS and Android), web configuration portal (WCP), and storage environment. The mobile apps and WCP were developed by Boston Technology Corporation. The storage environment is an extension of an existing platform called LabKey Server (19.2.x), offered separately by LabKey Corporation under the Apache 2.0 license. All development occured under the direction of FDA and the Harvard Pilgrim Research Institute, (HPHCI).

Code and documents needed for the iOS and Andriod applications include:

FDA MyStudies Release Notes - Version 2019.10:

  • New Features
    • Ability to schedule study activities and resources based on study enrollment (or other WCP-configured date elements) as Anchor Date.
    • Ability to support multiple mobile apps from a single instance of the Web Configuration Portal (WCP)
    • Ability to include an “other” open-text option in single/multi select questions
    • Ability to automatically forward survey responses stored in Response Server to external systems
    • Ability to partition user email addresses by folder in the Registration Server
  • Application Security and Compabitility Updates
    • Compatibility with LabKey Server 19.2.X
