Better API session handling

Update session management for Smite API to better use of session time limits and share session data more intelligently.

Swap channel sometimes moves extra users

Sometimes when the "Swap Channels" button is used sevral times in quick succession an extra user is moved to the chaos voice channel or an interaction error is thrown.

Only users in the chaos team list sould be moved before the button is disabled.
