Add support for Staticman

Comments should not need an external service to work, that's why there is Staticman

Provide initial staticman.yml configs.
Create custom comment form.
Create custom comment listing.
Make IntenseDebate support optional for comments.

Add support for categories

Currently, Steve only supports archive tags for dates (day, month and year) and tags. It would be nice to add support for categories as well.

Add archives pages for categories
Show categories in the post include
Show categories in the post layout
Show categories in the sidebar?
