Apache Flink is an open-source stream-processing framework.
The Objective of this task is to implement full support for Apache Flink within Eskimo, meaning:

proper packaging and installation of Apache Flink within an Eskimo Docker Package
Proper setup and management of Apache Flink processes and services within Eskimo

some of the tests are LANG sensitive

Here is what I got using my default LANG=fr_FR.UTF-8:
