Deleted PDF does not get deleted on Dropbox
Problem
If a Latex project is deleted, the PDF does not get deleted on Dropbox.
Solution
Use the .manifest file to compare the PDFs currently in the repo and the list of PDFs in the zip file to delete the right files on Dropbox.
