Hi,

A corresponding class to support GAMS.GAMSVariables is missing in gams.py.

This causes an issue of SpineToolbox, where its importer cannot handle Variable type data from .gdx properly.

GAMSParameter.to_pandas() method is uncovered in the documentation.

On gams-symbols branch trying to print a GdxFile in terminal fails.

The following script

from gdx2py import GdxFile
with GdxFile('file.gdx', 'r', 'C:\\GAMS\\win64\\28.2') as gdx:
    print(gdx)

produces a Traceback:

KeyError: 0
