This is used to setup no only local development virtual machines but also production slices at Slicehost.

= Usage

1. git clone git://github.com/alistairstead/ubuntu-machine.git ./my_new_server
2. cd my_new_server
3. cap machine:initial_setup
4. cap machine:configure
5. cap machine:install_dev_tools
