Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This project currently only supports Azure Devops as an SCM provider. Would be great for git-insights to also integrate with repositories on GitLab.

Describe the solution you'd like
A new client provider added to the SDK which supports reporting GitLab repo workitems, commits and PR's.

Additional context
Ideally, the reportable fields for the GitLab client would be similar to those available for ADO.

We'd like to measure the average elapsed time for contributors submitting the initial pull request linked to a user story.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a new field called user_story_initial_pr_submission_days that captures the time delta between the story assigned datetime and the pull request submission date.

Additional context
This feature will help identify opportunities to reduce lag with initial pull request submissions.

Leverage Terraform to provision Azure resources required to operate the Azure Function in a repeatable and automated way.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The other alternative would be ARM, but decided to go with Terraform to cater with running this project on other cloud provider platforms .

Additional context
There should be a set of Terraform configuration files that auto prevision the below resources:

• Keyvault
• The PAT Token secret
• The Azure Function app (consumption plan)
• The blob storage account for the function app
• Application insights
• App Insights instrumentation key setup within the function app's configuration settings
