As a user,
I want to add my existing env to envolve global folder.

We can create envolve sync command which move current .env contents to global envolve folder then create a symlink, or we can keep both.

We need to implement auto-comp on update all. It's hard to remember old values in here

the ls command gives an error if cli is newly installed or there is no new one.

We need to publish this package to npm. We should able to run this cli by typing envolve <command>.

We can keep files on s3 and sync on a values to s3.
