Node.js' event emitter defines two events ran on:

• newListener
• removeListener

Both of them are called with:

• event name
• listener

So what is going to do here is:

1. Handle parametrized emit and listeners to handle classic (String event, Function handler) handlers
2. Create NewListenerEvent and emit it too
3. Create RemoveListenerEvent and emit it
