It seems that both /installation/scripts-mac/setenv-mac.py and setenv-mac.sh assume the GUROBI package should be the version 5.0.1, as GUROBI_HOME=/Library/gurobi501/mac64. However, the latest version is now 5.1.0. I think ReadMe.md should mention being careful about GUROBI version. Also, in henry-n007/MakeFile, LDFLAGS+=-lgurobi_c++ -lgurobi50 -lpthread should be modified as -lgurobi51 if use the 5.1.0 version.

On my computer (Ubuntu 14.10) the last command of install-prereq-linux.sh does not clone nltk correctly.

Instead of

git clone git://github.com/nltk/nltk.git

the following works:

git clone [email protected]:nltk/nltk.git

Deployment fails because henry-n700 now seems to require gurobi 5.6 instead of 5.1 as indicated in the installation instructions.

Those are two relevant log lines.

Should I try to use 5.6 instead or is this bound to fail?
