Currently, you can only stake from native -> derivative coin

However, people might have already bought the derivative coin and then want to stake it.

Scenario:

1. I buy $WIND
2. I want to stake
3. Profit

As long as the correct amount of reserve/native coin is bonded, this should be possible to do

Exactly what it says. Add ability to add small PNG or embedded SVG

It should be possible to use a negative exponential curve as the bonding curve.

Handle validators going away.

Options:

1. add a rebond hook and expose it via UI to the contract owner
2. have a pool of validators

deps.querier contains validator set IIRC so that's a good place to start. Randomly selecting is a bad idea (probably)
