Allow easier navigation to specific rounds, currently only possible via arrow keys.

This could either be made accessible through the old /scoreboard/round/1337 api or some ui element which refreshes the contents of the current page.

It would be very helpful if a click on a team launches a detail view for this team:
Showing the past rounds for this team in the table, instead of multiple teams.
We had this feature in past CTFs and it's usually very handy.

The scoreboard contents should not refresh on the start of a new round if you navigated to a previous round. Best is to differentiate between the selection of single rounds (old api: /scoreboard/round/1337) or the latest (old api: /scoreboard/latest).
Another option is to make the latest round 'sticky', so that the contents are only refreshed when you are viewing the latest round.

• We should set all vulnboxes from creating to none upon start, to ensure we weren't killed mid-starting
• We should use the service's cancellation token, not the http request's
