Implement Image resize GUI
The GUI should look something like this and with the image contained within the crop bounds.
The functionality of the resizing GUI should be that either corner can be clicked and dragged inwards or outwards and the image and the resize box should scale to match the mouse position. Holding down the shift key should maintain the image aspect ratio.
