Its not too big of a deal, but Pam's Foods have aspects that shouldn't actually logically come from anything, For example, all of the Jelly Sandwiches have Metallum, despite the fact that none of the ingredients used have metallum and the sandwiches themselves certainly aren't metal.

When I try to add Optifine (because chisels and bits is causing fps issues when it hasn't in other packs), when I try to load in a world, it sits for a while in an empty void and then kicks me to the multiplayer server menu with a message about something about a closed channel. Sorry for putting this here despite it being with a mod i tried to add but i genuinely have no clue where else to put it, and the people in the MPD server aren't being very helpful.

Infinite "middle backpack" can be pulled out of Arcane Workbench. I just now made the workbench, I haven't used it to make anything yet. The output slot had a "Middle Backpack" from a mod called "Backpack". If I pull the Middle Backpack out, close and reopen the UI, there's another one in the output slot. So far I've done this about 10 times. I can't seem to "open" the bag though. I'm not familiar with that particular mod, so I don't know if it's a right click or a hotkey or what.

Minecolonies really need to get updated, I an sometimes talking with it's devs, and several issues have been fixed in the up-to-date versions, one of the most important is the fact that colonies completely break down and all NPCs bug out, louses jobs, have several jobs...

Sorry for so many reports.
As of IronBackpacks-1.12.2-3.0.5-6.jar, Iron backpacks has issues with rendering its icons both on hotbar, in (open) inventory, and in world/hand. They nuke fps pretty hard in all situations, but especially so when in hand.
It's a known issue ( gr8pefish/IronBackpacks#220 ) and gr8pefish hasn't done any commits in almost 3 months for whatever reason.
edit: I also opened a ticket with ironbackpacks about some conflict their mod has with Mouse Tweaks where scrolling doesn't seem to function properly (scrolling up on an item in an ironbackpack doesn't work 100%, more like 20%) but they refuse to look at it despite only being an issue with their backpacks
Thermal expansion satchels has it's own issue in that they're currently incompatible with Inventory Tweaks. I have a ticket open with inventory tweaks repo seeing if he'll take a look at it since COFH tried to implement the api and had problems.
Might be time to look at another mod for portable storage? Maybe "Backpacks!"? I believe it has no glaring issues and has good sizes (9x8 but a creative-spawnable-item can edit up to 99x99 or something), has sorting (its own, not inventory tweaks i think? don't know about compatibility), has protection, has filters, has resupply, has portable crafting, has good gui's, has an ender storage type system, even lets you clone backpacks to interface to the same "backpack" (aka you and a friend can share items across time and space)
edit: or maybe not.. not sure how good the author is about putting their updates on curse but the current version as of Apr 9th is 3.5.0 linked from a dropbox in the MCF thread, fixing a command permissions issue; current curse version is one behind at 3.4.4.
When looking in a chest the contents become invisible after a few seconds. If you click on a populated square, sort the contents, or close and reopen the icons return, then a few seconds later they're gone again. It is doing this with both vanilla and iron chests. I noticed it first on a mp, but tested on a sp as well. Other inventories seem fine.

When looking at specific block in world the game crashes.
When I go to mine with a tinker's hammer or tinker's pick I get a crash. I went out of that area and broke dirt with an Osmium shovel. Went back to the same area and broke the stone facing a different side of where I was before and it was fine. So I then tried another place where it crashed and and on the same angle it seems to be okay. Perhaps breaking the dirt reset something in the area? This happened in both single player and multiplayer on the same world ( I ported my single player save to a server ). Pretty much resolved now, but maybe you can see something in the crash report I cannot.
I can mine without issue.

thaumcraft arcane workbench giving endless amounts of middle backpacks from backpack mod.
After doing the very first steps of thaumcraft and getting the arcane workbench, every time you open it, it shows a middle backpack in the result slot and if you pick it up, close and reopen the workbench there's a new one every time.

You can't do anything with those backpacks, it's like you cheat the backpack from JEI, it doesn't open.

After some time playing with Minecolonies, I get the crash below. I don't know if its minecolonies issue, but it gets mentioned in there. Crashes server, and when I try to login, it crashes the server again. (Sometimes the game crashes too)

Chisel's Basalt cannot be turned into quark's regular or polished basalt, yet it can be made into quark's basalt bricks. This is an issue because i want to use Quark's Polished Basalt for a build I'm working on, and having to craft Quark Basalt with coal and cobblestone is not a very enjoyable way to get it when it COULD be possible for me to just use Chisel's Basalt.

Anytime I try to remove any card (fuzzy, inverted, etc) from the (top right) workbench, it crashes the game and can not remove it. It crashes using AE2 storage cells and Extra cells.

Mekanism's Industrial Turbine causes huge TPS drops when formed - from 20 TPS down to 5-10 immediately, quickly leading to multiple-second latency.
As above; forming the turbine multiblock instantly results in a severe TPS drop, breaking a single block so the multiblock unforms allows it to recover.
Turbine did not previously result in this level of performance hit, especially on a world that doesn't otherwise have much happening.

When using tin ingots in the the Immersive Engineering metal press with plate mold, it generates IC2 tin plates rather than Immersive Enginnering tin plates. Since these plates are not ore dictionaried, they can not be used in anything but IC2 builds.

I was able to use an Immersive Engineering hammer to make steel plates and then craft a metal press mold: plate. After crafting this I went to use the metal press to make more steel plates for other molds.
The press makes steel plates from Immersive Engineering, but they cannot be used to craft any other molds for the metal press.
I expected any steel plate, whether crafted by hammer or metal press, to be able to be used where other steel plates work.

Edit: This also happens with IE constantan plates, they can't be used or melted down.
Holding down the right mouse button is not repeatedly placing blocks or activating machines.
A single block is placed or a machine is activated a single time i.e. Quartz Grindstone.
Doesn't affect TiCon Shurikens or similar weapons.

No crash report or log. to describe the problem is that the tool forge is an Electrical steel type tool forge. The quest book is looking for a Blocks of Iron tool forge. Could be that the quest book is looking for a blocks of iron tool forge and not a Electrical steel one that is craftable, the quest seems to not complete. I have tried manual detect but still unable to complete.
Players need Oxygen to roam the Twilight Forest
Going into the Twilight Forest Gives a warning saying No Oxygen Detected while the player takes damage.
Be able to roam the Twilight Forest without the need of Oxygen. Not sure if this is the intended effect as I didn't notice any documentation about it.

However, in the modpack directory, the file is located at textures/panoramas/Crag. Due to case-sensitivity issues on computers other than Windows, this file is unable to be found by whatever is loading this resource.
The purple and black texture not found texture is used on main menu.

Whenever an empty bucket is used on empty air accidentally (fluid block out of range, no source block selected, etc) the game does a CTD

The Rocket Fuel quest under Advanced Rocketry wants a Tank of Rocket Fuel. In other packs, I seem to remember that you could put an empty bucket in the fuel output hatch to get one. That doesn't work. The only recipe in JEI is a tank of oxygen and a tank of hydrogen in the chemical reactor to get a tank of rocket fuel.
You can't get tanks of oxygen or hydrogen either. When you put buckets in the electrolyzer, you get
NuclearCraft filled buckets of the gasses.
Cheating in the tanks of gasses, and placing them in the input hatch of the chemical reactor does not create a tank of rocket fuel either. Putting them in the fluid input hatch, processes them into rocket fuel but then you can't get it out of the machine.

Tinker’s workshop had a nice weapon system. I have never appreciated bows before tinker gave us the Longbow. I can now one shot a zombie, and kill a carminite borer without fear of waking any others. Hell, it two shots a carminite golem! Try that with any other projectile weapon from another mod!
That said, I updated to version 1.39 from 1.38. And a huge problem surfaced.
Try using any bow from the tinkers tools mod. Go on. Try. Oh you can still fire it. ONCE. Then it is replaced with a ghost bow with 0/infinity durability, no traits, and 0 attack. No material given, so it can’t be fixed in a tool bench, and no compensation. This bow was my best weapon. I thought at first it was because of the fact that it had bloodwood in it, since bloodwood doesn’t seem to generate in your modpack at all. But all shortbows and longbows are doing this. Even the WOODEN BOWS.
I can’t even begin to state how broken this is for people who use bows. The vanilla bow pales in comparison, and the arrows that tinkers tools uses are useless with any non-tinkers bow. Either remove the bows and arrows altogether, or please fix this catastrophe! There is pretty much no point in using tinkers toolshop without tinkers portable ballista— I mean longbow, and no point to having the nether trees if you can’t use them with the naphtha strings to make a bow that lights its own arrows.

The Luna surface (from Advanced Rocketry) is covered by dense Thornlands (Twilight Forest biome), which makes it really difficult to do anything with it at all, since the surface Deadrock is so difficult to break, and the thorns are unresponsive to everything but the Lamp of Cinders, and even grow when you try to mine them.
Reproduction: I built and assembled a rocket, loaded it with fuel, and selected destination of Luna. It's still a vacuum, but Thornlands have taken over the surface as far as I can see, and as far as I've explored so far.

When using the research table of Ancient Warfare, you can't research any topic that needs either a tool (iron pick), weapon (iron sword) or armor. It does not recognize them as valid. I guess some other mod changes something with these.

For some reason, some text seems to randomly turn grey. This happens to the text above the hotbar when I select an item. It also happens to the text in the chat.

When I try placing certain blocks like slabs (vanilla or modded) into an empty storage drawer it places the slab on the drawer instead of inside it. Same thing with crafting tables, it jus tplaces the slab next to the table instead of opening up the inventory.

Crash: Tessaling block model
Created a new world - Lost Cities - Realistic. I walk a few steps, punch a blueberry bush from Natura with my book and crash. Reload the game, punch the blueberry bush with my fist. Crash again.
RAM allocated is 8192 MB (16GB of RAM hardware). Using the jar launcher with JAVA 1.8.0.161 64 bits.

Aluminum/Bauxite Ore's still not spawning
Above ores are not being added to world gen, so there appears to be no way to mine either of these ores, and by extension make anything that needs them. Currently the ore cannot be found when searching in JEI by name, but can be found when backtracking through JEI from Aluminum Ingots back to the raw ore. The "actions" available for the ore do not include a "world gen" tab as can be seen below:
