Bestandskundenprüfung löst kein doAccounting aus

Anlass

Die Bestandskundenprüfung und alle funktionell gleiche Prüfungen (PayPal Express Checkout) lösen kein doAccounting. Die Adressprüfungen werden somit direkt als API Nutzung abgerechnet. Die ist vom Konzept her nicht so geplant. Eine serverseitige Adressprüfung soll stets mit doAccounting und doConversipon abgeschloßen werden.

Gewünschte Lösung

Bei internen Adresschecks soll doAccounting Aufruf hinzugefügt werden.
