UI elements hidden in Metamask mobile browser

Describe the bug
Some web page elements are hidden when viewed with Metamask mobile app. (on Galaxy S20)
This affects multiple pages like the grant page where input boxes are hidden off the left side of the screen.
Metamask does not have a "desktop mode". I cannot zoom in/out of the page enough to fix the problem.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Navigate site with Metamask mobile app (android).

Expected behavior
See all UI text.

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

  • Device: Galaxy S20
  • OS: Android 11
  • Browser Metamask
  • Version Mar 24th 2021 release.
