Dolphin Dark mode is a QT hack in a sense to make Dolphin display dark on Windows based OSes.

• 1: Copy the User folder over the User folder in Dolphin.
• 2: Launch Dolphin and go to Options > Configuration.
• 3: Click on Interface and select Custom User Style.
• 4: Under User Style select "Dolphin Dark"

• You can apply the Dark Title bar using this registry hack, but this is global and will affect all Windows Applications
• You can change the blue theme by opening the file User/Styles/Dolphin Dark.qss in a code editor and search for #3394D5 and replace with #<color>. where is your color is your new theme color.
