We need to figure out how to set the display so that provViz can run on the server but display on a student's computer.

Currently, provViz checks to see if either provR or RDataTracker are loaded name spaces when deciding which tool to use, if the user did not specify in the call. If neither is loaded, it defaults to using provR.

Instead, if neither is loaded, it should check if either is in the installed package list. If only 1 is installed, use that one. If both are installed, use provR. If neither is installed it should display a message to the user and quit.
