Titlepage.svg : breakup of title seems odd

This is probably what create-draft did, but it looks odd to my eye to have the word "All's" by itself:

	<text class="title" x="700" y="130">ALL’S</text>
	<text class="title" x="700" y="230">WELL THAT ENDS WELL</text>

The breakup in cover.svg seems better:

	<text class="title" x="700" y="1775">ALL’S WELL</text>
	<text class="title" x="700" y="1875">THAT ENDS WELL</text>

Div in Act 5 needs a small margin

I think I understand why this short question is in a div flagged as verse:

But it seems as though there should be a margin above it to separate it from the previous non-verse text.
