Fix web version directionality
Current mismatch between interaction direction in backend and web-version.
Make the web version match the current backend.
Flag when a loaded in interaction matrix doesn't exist
Currently in the code if you try to use a non-existent interaction matrix (ie ./chemical-ecology -INTERACTION_SOURCE "fake_file") it does not error or flag or anything to tell you it doesn't exist and the code still runs.
Add more community summary types

Break `StochasticModel` into two functions (and rename), one for assembly one for adaptive
