v2.2.x breaks Node 4 compatibility

Version 2.2.x of this project bumped the sane dependency to a version that requires Node 6, but this project still supports Node 4, so this was a breaking change and should have bumped the major version of this project. Due to this change yarn installs on Node 4 are currently breaking on several CI builds :-/

IMHO we should rerelease v2.1.x as v2.2.2, and then release v2.2.1 as v3.0.0 with a clear indication that it only supports Node 6+
